Our Mission
To further the entrepreneurship and growth of small and startup businesses in the Greater Akron area through charitable contributions of secure office space, internet connectivity, resources, and services to foster and accelerate future success.
What’s Included
.Secure Wired and Wireless Networking
Not all connectivity is built the same. The Entrepreneurship Center ensures that your wired and wireless connectivity is dedicated to you. You won’t be connecting to an “open” wi-fi. Instead, each business receives its own dedicated network for the best speed and security. This enables the ability to run things like servers and printers without sacrificing security.
Secure Office Space, 24x7x365
Each entrepreneur will have access to a single dedicated office for their use. Additionally, as-needed during the first stages of growth, open desks are available for use as well.
Space to Host Customers and Investors
Having an office is great, but looking professional requires more panache. Meeting space will be available for entrepreneurs to meet with their team, meet with customers, and pitch to possible investors. This space will include the latest in technological collaboration tools to enable each team.
Coaching and Mentorship
Simply having a space to work doesn’t breed success. Coaching and mentorship is a critical component to the success of a new business. Entrepreneurs will have access to guidance and coaching from business and IT strategists, accountants, lawyers, and other successful entrepreneurs so that every decision made is well considered and planned.
High-Speed Internet Connectivity
The center enjoys the use of a 10Gbps fiber internet connection from FairlawnGig, the municipal internet provider.
